Addressing the need for mental health resources for children and retired veterans is a national agency responsibility, and it requires collaboration among government agencies, healthcare providers, communities, and advocacy organizations to ensure that those in need receive the care and support they deserve.

Our Services

  • -The client works one-on-one in a safe and caring setting to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors to understand themselves and others better. Clients will set and identify personal goals and work towards aspects of their lives that they would like to change.

    -Expertise in Depression, PTSD, and Anxiety.

  • -Group Therapy involves several members sharing and listening and in some cases giving feedback to one another.

  • -Counseling aimed at young people to help them make sense of their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts and entails the use of unique techniques that draw out the expressive nature of a young person. (Ages 11-17)

    -Expertise in Substance Abuse, Alcohol Dependency, and Suicidal Ideation.

    -Expertise in Autism, ADHD, and Depression.

    -Expertise in building emotional tolerance and emotional intelligence.

  • -Provides a child with a safe space and an empathetic ear while providing tools to work through difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. (Ages 3-10)

    -Expertise in building coping skills, communication, skills, and social skills.

    -Expertise in ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Dyslexia.

  • -Counseling aimed toward romantic partners to help better understand one another and develop healthy ways to talk and work through related conflicts.

  • -Provides unique tools to equip family members with different ways to resolve differences. Also offering tools to help develop and maintain healthier family relationships.

    -Expertise in Repairing Attachments, Creating Systematic change, and Unique Treatment Plans that support personal and family-centered goals.
